Avian Massie

BCCJ Intern

I’m Avian, I am currently in my last semester in university and am currently interning at the BCCJ. I major in Political Science – with an interest in the East Asian region and international affairs. I’m looking forward to applying my knowledge in real world situations and deepening British-Japan ties.

Radeea Ahmed

BCCJ Intern

I’m a senior at Temple University Japan, majoring in International Business Studies with a minor in Economics. Joining BCCJ as an intern, I’m eager to gain practical insights into cross-cultural business practices. My goal is to gain valuable insights from the BCCJ team, contributing to the promotion of international trade and effective collaboration in the business world. Thrilled to bring my academic knowledge to life and contribute to the dynamic work of the BCCJ team and foster a meaningful impact in the realm of global business dynamics.

Calum Kelly

BCCJ Volunteer

In my fifth and final year of the JET programme, I have joined the BCCJ to make new connections and prepare for my next career in business. I’m looking forward to meeting the BCCJ members, hearing about your experiences, and gleaning valuable insights. Being just a tad older, I’ve had a couple of careers already. Before coming to Japan, I worked in Criminal Justice and risk management. Please feel free to ask me about it, although I can’t disclose whether I put my barber behind bars.
