Sake Salon by IMADEYA
In recent years, Japanese sake has become an internationally-recognisable cultural icon of Japan, enjoyed increasingly by tourists and expats alike. Against the backdrop of a global sake renaissance, the BCCJ has teamed up with experts in this thirsty field, Imadeya, for a special sake tasting session on July 11, designed for female members and guests of the BCCJ.
When it comes to sake, there is more than meets the eye. Through this event, guests can enjoy suggestions from the Imadeya team on how best to enjoy this timeless favourite, and learn how it pairs with certain flavours and dishes. Various brands of sake will be introduced, and matched with a mouth-watering tasting menu, prepared by the chefs at Kurabuu restaurant in Tsukiji.
Advanced booking period for BCCJ members: June 14 - 21
From June 22, this page will to be opened to both members and non-members of the BCCJ.
