Welcome to one of Japan's most active and influential business networks

Joining the BCCJ means joining a network of over 200 companies with a shared interest in promoting UK and Japan business relations. Membership also allows access to the British Embassy and key policy makers in Japan, as well as visiting dignitaries from business, government, political and royal circles. It provides opportunities to engage at senior level with UK and Japanese executives. And it offers a full calendar featuring high-calibre guest speakers and high-value social events.

We welcome members of all nationalities. Our four membership categories provide a range of options to suit every eligible company and individual in Japan. Non-resident members are also welcome.

In March 2018, the BCCJ has returned to having four categories of membership: “Platinum”, “Corporate”, “Entrepreneur” and “Individual”. Over the next two years, our former Corporate Plus and Corporate membership categories will become merged. All BCCJ member companies that do not qualify as an “Entrepreneur” will now be classed as “Corporate”.
