As a celebration of a hugely successful 2013 BCCJ British Business Awards on November 1, Berry Bros & Rudd is delighted to offer exclusively to BCCJ members a special mixed case of three of the wines enjoyed by guests at the dinner.

David Jones from Berry Bros & Rudd writes: The wines were all from the Berrys’ Own Selection range. These wines are hand-picked by Berrys’ expert buyers as standard-bearers of style and quality from popular wine regions, offering exceptional value for money. This special BCCJ mixed case contains 2 bottles of each of the three wines below. The prices listed are the single bottle prices. The mixed case is offered to BCCJ members for the special price of  ¥13,500 for the six bottles, including delivery.

The Berry Bros. BBA Mixed Case – two bottles of each of these 3 wines for  ¥ 13,500

Berrys' United Kingdom Cuvée, Grand Cru, Mailly

¥ 3,980 per bottle
Berrys Bros UKC offers fabulous value for a Champagne of such style and class, produced exclusively from fruit from the finest Grand Cru vineyards.  Jane MacQuitty of The Times rates it  “powerful and elegant, rich yet poised …a superb example of the traditional UKC style. Grand Cru quality is particularly evident on the long authoritative finish.”  It went down very well at the BBA Dinner reception!

2012 Berrys' New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc Seifried, Nelson

¥1,890  per bottle
From the region of  Nelson on the South Island, this offers in abundance all the qualities which make New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc so enjoyable and so  popular. Ripe, vibrant, tropical-tinged fruit is balanced by a lovely crisp freshness on the long finish. It was a big hit with diners, matched with a dish of creamy Dover Sole.

2010 Berrys' Argentinian Malbec, Pulenta, Mendoza

¥ 1,980 per bottle
The star wine of the night, and a great match with the grilled Okuni beef. Especially made for Berry Bros by the prestigious Pulenta Estate, this is a gloriously fruity Malbec, with a rich savoury palate packed with damson, blackberry and sloe flavours, and fine ripe tannins. This is an outstanding example of Argentina's signature grape variety
